WHO IS IT FOR?

Athletes of all ages in any dynamic sport (soccer, basketball, hockey, volleyball, etc.) that requires not only speed, agility and explosiveness, but also laser focus, split second decision making, and lighting quick reactions.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

All you need is your phone and 4 cones/objects (red, blue, yellow, and green). A tennis ball and mini band are also used, but are optional.

HOW LONG IS IT?

It’s 12 weeks, with 4 30-minutes sessions per week, days 1 & 3 focused on agility and days 2 & 4 focused on speed and explosiveness

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The entire program is uploaded into the SwitchedOn app, where all you have to do is follow along. Here is a short video explaining it in more detail.

CAN I DO IT IN-SEASON?

This depends on how demanding your practices and games are. While In-Season it’s essential to modify the program according to your body and schedule. For instance, you could train 2 days per week, instead of 4, with optimal rest time in between.

CAN I PAIR IT WITH MY LIFTING PROGRAM?

This program pairs perfectly with most lifting programs. We recommend to complete the Agility sessions (days 1 & 3) before upper-body lifting, and to complete the Speed / Explosiveness sessions (days 2 & 4) before lower-body lifting.
